Stuff
Working from home today as we have Harry's hospital appointment this afternoon. Took Jack to Welwyn Under 5's this morning and will be picking him up in an hour. He seems to enjoy it there, he has his own peg where his coat and ruck-sac hang and then he picks up a card with his name on it and takes it through to the main room. This morning he ran straight to Miranda and she picked him up for a cuddle before he would put his card into the box.
Other things, at work we are in the calm before the storm, our project has not gone live yet, it is looking like the weekend after next, but I will not be involved as I am at Centre Parcs that week (still have to find out if they have any form of WiFi). Still haven't really heard anything about the transfer of my job so that has now been in limbo for over 2 years!
On a more positive note, I have uploaded a bunch of pictures to flickr upto Harry's Baptism which was the weekend before last. I have also been playinga bit with iMovie and have put a couple of videos onto YouTube (one of Harry and one of Jack) which I think Duncan and Caroline enjoyed. I have also had a stab at updating the boys blog - that needs some work - the aim is to get it updated before we head to Centre Parcs so I can do something similar to Blickling and update nightly the boys activities.
Need I add that rockhoppersuk has remained untouched. Also one of my aims was to get in and organise my del.icio.us bookmarks - I now have over 50 bookmarks with a label of dummy that have been tagged on the fly - that is my goal for this week.
One last thing before I close is I have finally got tweetdeck working on my work laptop and that has really brought twitter into focus as a very useful tool, my tweets have been up and as I can see tweets coming in I have been interacting more with people I follow. I would like an txt service like they have over the water but tweetdeck at home and work works very well for me.
